中国在中国-斯里兰卡自贸区服务贸易谈判中的策略——基于RCA指数模型视角

摘　　要：运用RCA指数模型,对中斯两国服务贸易的贸易竞争性进行了定量分析,认为中国只在建筑部门、其他商业服务部门具有明显的竞争优势,斯里兰卡则在运输、旅游、通讯、保险、金融、计算机和信息服务部门方面有较强的竞争力。因此,在中斯自贸区服务贸易谈判中,对中国具备优势的服务部门中国应要求斯里兰卡对中国最大限度地开放相关市场,劣势服务部门应制定一定的保护措施。This paper uses RCA index model to do the quantitative analysis about the competitiveness of China-Sri Lanka services trade,which shows the apparent competitive advantages of China in construction departments and other business services departments, however,Sri Lanka shows the competitiveness in transportation,tourism,communication,insurance,finance ,computer and information services departments. Therefore,during the process of service trade negotiations in China-Sri Lanka Free Trade Area,China should argue reasonably to ask Sri Lanka to open up the relevant market extremely in the departments which China has advantages,and take protective measurements for weak service industry.
