摘  要:为探明寡照胁迫下黄瓜叶片的生理特性,于2010年10月至2011年6月,利用人工气候箱,设置光强为100μmol·m-2·s-1,对盆栽的结瓜期黄瓜植株(品种为金优35)进行试验研究。结果表明:寡照胁迫下叶绿素a含量、Chla/Chlb、最大净光合速率、表观量子效率、光饱和点、Fv/Fm、ETR、CAT活性和可溶性蛋白含量均呈减小趋势,而叶绿素b含量、类胡萝卜素含量、光补偿点、q N和MDA含量则有所增大,SOD酶活性经历先增加再减小的过程。经恢复处理后,T1、T3、T5黄瓜叶片最大光合速率、Fv/Fm、ETR、q N基本达到正常水平,T7和T9未恢复到正常水平;T1和T3中SOD酶活性、CAT活性、MDA含量和可溶性蛋白含量基本恢复,T5、T7和T9未恢复到正常水平。In order to prove the physiological property of the cucumber leaves under the sparse light stress, an experiment was carried out with the potted cucumber plants (Cucumis sativus L. cv. Jinyou 35) of fruiting stage at the set light intensity of 100μmol·m^-2·s^-1 in the artificial climate box from October 2010 to June 2011. The results showed that under the sparse light stress treatment the chlorophyll a content, Chla/Chlb, maximum net photosynthetic rate, apparent quantum efficiency, light saturation point, Fv/Fm, ETR, CAT activity and the soluble protein content decreased, but chlorophyll b content, carotenoid content, light compensation point, qN and MDA content increased, and the SOD activity increased first and then decreased. After recovery process, the maximum photosynthetic rates, Fv/Fm, ETR and qN of the T1, T3, T5 treatments basically reached the normal levels and those of the T7 and T9 treatments didn’t reach the normal levels; the SOD and CAT activity, MDA and the soluble protein contents of the T1 and T3 treatments basically reached the normal levels, and those of the T5,T7 and T9 treatments didn’t reach the normal levels.
