摘　　要：瓜达尔港自投入运营以来并没有达到预期的效果,港口和城市的发展都很缓慢。为获得进一步发展,瓜达尔港应发挥优势、克服弱势、抓住机遇、应对挑战。文章采用SWOT分析法对瓜达尔港发展面临的问题进行分析,并对加快瓜达尔港的发展提出了相应对策。The operation of Gwadar Port did not achieve the expected effects, the port and the city developed slowly. The main issue faced by Gwadar Port is to exploit the strengths, overcome the weakness, seize the opportunity, and approach the threat. We applied SWOT analysis into the problems of Gwadar Port development, and put forward several relevant countermeasures for reference.
