摘 要:在盆栽试验条件下,通过淋施不同浓度含氯肥料,研究叶用莴苣对氯元素的吸收和累积规律。结果表明,在土壤水溶性氯含量为100 mg/kg,外源施氯量不超过500 mg/kg时,对叶用莴苣地上部鲜重的影响不显著;当施氯量达到1 200 mg/kg时,对叶用莴苣的可溶性糖、Vc、可溶性蛋白的影响均不显著。叶用莴苣在苗期对氯的吸收速率最大,且随着生育期的推进和施氯量的增加,叶用莴苣体内的氯累积量呈显著上升趋势,并在生长中期氯累积速度加快,后期趋于平缓。A pot experiment was conducted to study the law of chlorine absorption and accumulation in lettuce by irrigating different concentrations of chlorine-containing fertilizer. The results showed that when water-soluble chlorine in soil was 100 mg/kg, there was no significant effect on lettuce fresh weight under the exogenous application chlorine concentration of 500 mg/kg. There was no significant effect on lettuce soluble sugar, Vc, and soluble protein under the exogenous application chlorine concentration of 1 200 mg/kg. The absorption rate of chlorine was the highest at seedling phrase. The chlorine accumulation amount of lettuce had a significant increasing trend as the increment of chlorine application during the growth period. The chlorine accumulation rate of lettuce accelerated in medium growth period, and tended to be flat in later period.
