摘  要:为能更科学合理地利用桉树皮生产植物育苗基质,从物理化学和微生物学角度研究了添加活性微生物菌剂和氮源对桉树皮堆肥过程的影响。结果表明:化学处理(氮源)和生物-化学联合处理(氮源+菌剂)的p H先下降后上升,EC持续下降;氨氮质量分数先增加后降低,而硝态氮的质量分数在试验期间总体上一直处于增加趋势;全磷和全钾的质量分数到试验结束时均有所增加;纤维素和木质素降解迅速;细菌数量在最高温出现之后迅速增殖,真菌数量呈现先增加后降低的趋势。生物处理(菌剂)对桉树皮堆肥作用有限。在化学处理基础上添加菌剂,降低了堆肥材料的电导率和硝态氮的质量分数;促进了全钾的积累;对桉树皮纤维素和木质素的降解无明显作用;促进了可培养细菌的增殖,但对可培养真菌有拮抗作用。Physiochemical and microbiological properties during the composting of eucalyptus bark under different treatments were studied in order to provide a scientific basis for using eucalyptus bark as growth media for plant cultivation. We found that under the nitrogen supply treatment including simple nitrogen addition and nitrogen- microbe combined treatment, the pH value decreased and then increased slightly; the EC value dropped consistently; the ammonia nitrogen contents displayed a rising trend first but dropped at last; the nitrate showed a general increase during the whole experiment; the total phosphorus and potassium contents increased; cellulose and lignin were degraded rapidly; the amount of eulturable bacteria surged after the maximum temperature, while the cuhurable fungi population demonstrated an increase at first and then dropped at the end. Barely any effects were observed by simply incubation the eucalyptus bark with the microbial agent. Microbial incubation upon the supply of nitrogen source decreased the conductivity and nitrate contents, increased the amount of potassium; had no obvious effects on the degradation of cellulose and lignin; promoted the proliferation of bacteria, but suppressed the growth of fungi population.
