复春散配合氦-氖激光照射治疗外阴溃疡护理体会

摘　　要：目的对比复春散配合氦-氖激光照射治疗外阴溃疡护理体会。方法对照组45例患者给予氦氖激光照射外阴治疗外阴溃疡,并与研究组45例患者行复春散配合氦-氖激光照射治疗外阴溃疡护理体会。结果研究组有效88.9%(40/45),对照组有效率57.8%,(26/45)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论复春散配合氦-氖激光照射治疗外阴溃疡有效率明显高于单纯氦-氖激光照射治疗外阴溃疡法。结论疗效与病灶大小、多少、及全身性疾病密切相关。ObjectiveTo compare Fuchunsan with He Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of vulvar ulcer nursing experience.Methods45 patients were given group of He Ne laser irradiation treatment of genital ulcers,and compared with the control group of 45 patients who underwent Fuchunsan cooperation experience of He Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of vulvar ulcer care.ResultsThe observation group effective 88.9%（40/45）,and control group was 57.8%（26/45）.There was signiifcant difference between two groups（P＆lt;0.05）,Fu Chun San with He Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of genitaluLcers was better than He Ne laser irradiation in the treatment of vulvar ulcer method.ConclusionThe curative effect and the size of the lesions,and systemic disease closely related. Experience of Ne laser irradiation treatment of vulvar ulcer care.
