摘　　要：目的：探讨胎儿三血管气管对胎儿心脏大血管发育异常的诊断价值。方法本次医学研究选择2010年1月～2014年1月在我院分娩的6000名产妇作为研究对象，其中三血管气管检查证实为胎儿心脏大血管发育异常患者132例，回顾分析胎儿三血管气管的临床检查结果。结果64例产前确诊为血管管径大小异常，36例产前确诊为血管位置异常；32例产前确诊为血管数量异常。结论胎儿三血管气管检查是一种较为可靠的胎儿心脏大血管发育异常临床检查和诊断技术。Objective To explore the role of three vessels and trachea view the clinical diagnostic value of abnormal development of fetal heart and great arteries. Methods This medical research method in 2010 January to 2014 January to choose between 6000 women gave birth in our hospital as observation objects, of which three vessel trachea examination conifrmed the diagnosis of fetal heart and great vessels in 132 cases of patients with abnormal development of fetus, a retrospective analysis of three vessels and trachea clinical examination results. Results 64 cases of prenatal diagnosis for 36 cases of abnormal vascular diameters, prenatal diagnosed with vascular abnormal position; 32 cases of prenatal diagnosis for abnormal vascular number. Conclusion Fetal three vessel trachea examination is a reliable of fetal heart and great vessel abnormalities and clinical examination and diagnosis technology.
