锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折分析

摘　　要：目的：研究与分析对胫骨平台骨折患者采取锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法对71例SchatzkerⅡ～Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折采用锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果71例患者都手术复位固定效果良好，治疗后进行18～24个月，骨折骨性愈合时间3～6个月。术后18个月采用Rasmussen评分评定疗效：优43例，良21例，可4例，差3例，优良率90.14%。结论采用锁定钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折，复位满意、固定可靠。尤其是在治疗复杂SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折时有明显优势，愈合率高，是一种先进的手术方法。Objective Explore the locking plate internal fixation of curative effect and advantages for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Method In 71 cases of Schatzker type Ⅱ ~ Ⅵ tibial plateau fracture with locking plate internal fixation treatment. Results With satisfactory reduction and fixed,71patients have been followed up for 18 to 24months,osseous healing time of fracture 3 to 6 months. According to Rasmussen functional grading system after eighteenth months, the results were excellent in 43 cases, good in 21 cases, fair in 4 cases, and poor in 3 cases, the excellent and good results was 90.14%. Conclusion Using the plate for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures, locking satisfactory reduction, reliable fixation.Especially in the treatment of complicated Schatzker V, type VI fracture of tibia has obviously advantage, high healing rate, is a kind of advanced operation method.
