2011～2013年广州地区献血不良反应的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：对广州地区2011-2013年，无偿献血者中3983例献血不良反应者的不良反应展开调查分析，分析献血不良反应发生的原因，提高采供血服务质量，巩固和壮大广州地区无偿献血者队伍，促进广州市无偿献血事业的发展有重要意义。方法771508例无偿献血者中3983例献血不良反应发生者进行分类统计，并运用x^2检验对各类诱因引起的不同程度的献血不良反应进行比较。结果各类影响因素中，精神紧张是造成无偿献血不良反应的最主要原因，各类诱因引起的不同程度的献血不良反应的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对3983例无偿献血不良反应的调查，分析影响因素，主要由于献血者精神紧张、睡眠不足和空腹献血等情况引起。医务人员可通过采取优化服务意识、提高静脉穿剌技术水平、加强对献血员的护理与沟通等措施，减少献血不良反应的发生。Objective We investigated and analysised cause of 3,983 cases of unpaid blood donors who had adverse reactions in Guangzhou region from 2011 to 2013, to explore some prevention measures to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of our blood collection service, consolidate and increase the quantity of voluntary unpaid blood donors in Guangzhou region, and promote development of voluntary blood donation in Guangzhou.MethodsWe classified and statisticed 3,983 cases of unpaid blood donors who had adverse reactions from a total number of 771,508 blood donors in 3 years, then compared these adverse reactions due to different incentives and degrees by usingx^2 test.Results The mental stress was the main cause for adverse reactions of blood donation in all kinds of factors we analysised and had significant difference （P〈0.001） among these adverse reactions of different degrees caused by different incentives.ConclusionThrough investigating 3,983 cases of unpaid blood donors who had adverse reactions and analysising the cause of adverse reactions, we found mental stress, lack of sleep and fasting blood donation were the main cause for adverse reactions of blood donation. So, medical personnel should optimize the service consciousness, improve their technical level of vein puncture, and strengthen nursing and communication with unpaid blood donors to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of blood donation.
