摘 要:为在锚喷支护中实现快速喷射混凝土作业,采用试验室与现场试验的方法,在铜山铜矿井下采用湿式喷射混凝土技术的基础上,通过配套设备和工艺改进,实现了锚喷巷道快速湿式喷射混凝土作业,一次喷层厚度可以达到10-15cm,湿式喷射混凝土速度达30m/d,减少了锚喷巷道施工粉尘浓度,回弹率降低至20%以内,从而改善了作业环境、降低了材料消耗。同时为铜山铜矿及类似矿山实现湿式喷射混凝土技术的推广应用提供了理论和实践经验。Lab and field tests are used to expedite shotcrete operation in anchoring and shotcreting supporting. Based on the wet shotcrete technique in Tongshan Copper Mine and the renovation of ancillary facilities and processes, the wet shotcreting is expedited in anchoring and shotcreting roadways.A single spray can be as thick as 10 cm to 15 cm and the shot speed can be 30 m/d.Thus the dust density during construction is reduced,and the rebound rate can be lowered to below 20%,improving the working conditions and decreasing the materials consumption.The practice can be instructive in promoting the wet shotcrete technique in Tongshan Copper Mine and similar mines.
