摘 要:挤扩支盘灌注桩是在普通灌注桩基础上发展起来的一种新型桩。文章结合南通市某防地下室抗拔桩工程的应用实例,针对地质参数和设计参数,分别计算了挤扩支盘桩和普通预制方桩的单桩抗拔承载能力特征值,在满足技术要求时,挤扩支盘桩可节约23.8%造价,承台费用也可降低37%。实践证明,挤扩支盘桩的抗浮性能优良,且可大幅降低工程造价,是地下室抗浮的理想措施之一,有较好的适用性和经济性。Squeezed branch pile is a kind of new pile developing from normal pile. The paper combined application example of a basement uplift pile engineering in Nantong, and calculated the single pile uplift bearing capacity characteristic value of squeezed branch pile and normal precast pile respectively. Squeezed branch pile can save about 23.8 % cost and reduce 37% cushion cap cost when it meets technique requirement. Practice has proven that squeezed branch pile possesses fine anti-floating capacity and can reduce engineering cost immensely, it has better applicability and economy so that can be one of ideal measure to resist float in basement.
