毕业实习期大学生流动党员思想问题调查及改善途径探析——以桂林航天工业学院为例

摘　　要：大学生流动党员的管理问题一直是高校党建工作的重点及难点,而大学生毕业实习期是学生党员流动的高发期,通过对这一时期大学生流动党员抽样调查,发现其存在党员身份认同感减弱、党员宗旨意识缺乏、参政议政意识不强、理论学习不足等思想问题。针对这些问题,可以从提高就业质量增强党员身份认同感、发挥学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用、拓宽参政议政渠道、利用网络平台强化理论学习等几方面来加以改善,从而不断提高我国高校党建工作的理论及实践水平。Management of migrant college student Party members has been the focus and the difficulty in the party build- ing, especially in graduation practice. the sample survey during this period shows that Party members weaken the sense of identity, lack awareness of participation in politics and study less theory. To solve the problems, such measures are offered to continuously improve the level of the Party - building theory and practice as strengthening the sense of identity of the party members by improving the quality of employment, playing the pioneer roles of student Party members, broaden- ing channels of political participation, and strengthening the theoretical study by the network platform.
