摘 要:[目的]筛选适宜玉蕈菌丝体生长的液体培养基。[目的]以菌丝体生物量为主要指标,采用单因素方法筛选菌丝体生长最佳碳氮源,再进行正交试验筛选其碳源与氮源最佳配比,进一步采用单因素方法筛选其最佳无机盐及VB1浓度配比。[结果]玉蕈菌丝体最佳液体培养基为麦芽糖30 g/L,蔗糖30 g/L,酵母粉3 g/L,麦麸10 g/L,KH2PO41 g/L,Mg SO4·7H2O 0.5 g/L,VB19.0 mg/L,p H自然。25℃培养288 h,其菌丝体生物量干重可达10.394 g/L。[结论]该研究为玉蕈菌丝体深层发酵生产及其液体菌种的生产与应用提供技术支持。[ Objective ] In order to select the optimal liquid medium suitable for mycelium of Hypsizigus marrnoreus (Peck) Bigelw . [ Method ] Adopting mycelial biomass of Hypsizigus marmoreus (Peck) Bigelw as major index, firstly the optimum carbon and nitrogen source of Hypsizigus marmoreus (Peck) Bigelw were used in the single factor test, and then carrying out the orthogonal test for the different concentrations of carbon and nitrogen source. Further, filtrating the optimum inorganic salt and VB1 were used in the single factor test. [ Result] The test result showed that the optimum liquid medium of mycelium composition of Hypsizigus rnarmoreus (Peek) Bigelw were maltose 30 g/L, sucrose 30 g/L, yeast extract 3 g/L, wheat bran 10 g/L, KH2PO4 1 g/L, MgSO4 · 7H2O 0.5 g/L, VB1 9.0 mg/L, natural pH. Culturing for 288 hours at 25 ℃. The mycelial biomass dry weight of Hypsizigus marmoreus (Peck) Bigelw reached 10.394 g/L. [ Conclusion] It provided technical support for the deep fermentation of Hypsizigus rnarmoreus (Peck) Bigelw mycelium and the production and application of liquid spawn.
