摘 要:[目的]研究种子不同破眠方法对黄瑞香出苗的影响,为黄瑞香种苗人工繁育提供理论依据。[方法]试验设4个处理,分别为种子窖内沙藏层积80 d(T1)、浓硫酸酸蚀种子60 min后用200 mg/L赤霉素溶液+25 mg/L 6-BA浸种8 h(T2)、种子深埋沙藏层积170 d(T3)、用清水浸泡种子16 h(CK)。种子处理后在温室内用穴盘进行育苗试验。[结果]T3成苗率最高,为51.27%,其次为T1,T2成苗率较低,分别为39.34%和7.79%,CK的成苗率最低为0。[结论]深埋沙藏层积是打破黄瑞香种子休眠最有效的方法。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effects of different dormancy broking methods on seed sprouting of Daphne giraldii Nitsche and to provide the scientific basis for the artificial breeding of seedlings. [ Method ] There were four experiment treatments as below, T1 : cellar sand stratification for 80 d ; T2 : Etching seeds with concentrated sulfuric acid for 60 min then Soaking seeds with the mixed solution of 200 mg/L gibberellic acid and 25 mg/L 6-BA for 8 h ; T3 : The seeds stratification in deep buried for 170 d ; CK : Soaking seeds with clear water for 16 h. The experiment on seedling cultivation with aperture disk after the seed treatments. [ Result] The treatment T3 had the highest survival rate of 51.27% , followed by T1 ,the seedling rate of T2 was lower,the survival rate were 39.34% and 7.79% respectively. CK had the lowest seedling survival rate of 0. [ Conclusion] Deep buried stratification was the most effective way for broking the dormancy of Daphne giraldii Nitsehe seeds.
