摘 要:[目的]探讨采用猪用选种选料自动测定设备系统进行试验与传统人工饲喂方法进行试验所需样本量的差异。[方法]以统计理论为基础,采用Bootstrap自助法和Matlab软件,在保证与传统试验相同估计精度的前提下,给出了自测设备下抽样调查试验中样本容量的确定方法。[结果]使用自测设备采集数据可以获得每头试验猪的生长情况和环境指标,与传统人工饲喂试验相比需要抽取的样本量得到优化,试验效率得到提高。[结论]用自测设备来代替人工饲养可以减少样本容量,缩短试验周期。[ Objective ] The research aimed to discuss the differences of sample size required in the test of breeding pigs and selecting feed materials by automatic determination equipment and traditional method of artificial feeding. [ Method] Based on statistical theory, under the premise of the same estimation accuracy with the traditional artificial feeding experiment, the method for determining sample size in sampling survey test was discussed by Bootstrap method and Matlab software. [ Result] The growth and environmental indices of every test pigs could be collected by using automatic determination equipment. Compared with the traditional artificial feeding experiment, the sample size was optimized and the experiment efficiency was enhanced. [ Conclusion ] The sample size could be reduced and the test period could be shortened by using automatic determination equipment instead of traditional artificial feeding experiment.
