摘 要:[目的]研究了施用东圣宝液态有机肥对连作黄瓜的土壤改良效应和黄瓜生长状况的影响,为利用有机肥来解决蔬菜土壤连作问题提供一定的科学依据。[方法]取设施连作的土壤,采取盆栽黄瓜试验的方法,测定土壤EC、p H、养分含量以及初瓜期的黄瓜株高、地上部干重、叶面积等指标。[结果]施用东圣宝液态有机肥的土壤EC值为0.93 m S/cm,比对照降低27.91%;土壤p H为5.89,较对照上升0.86%;初瓜期黄瓜地上部干重、株高、叶面积分别比对照增加283.08%、242.12%、254.02%;黄瓜植株蔓枯病的发病等级均在2级以下。施用复合肥后,盆栽土壤EC值为1.53 m S/cm,比对照上升18.6%;土壤p H为5.09,比对照下降12.84%;初瓜期的黄瓜地上部干重、株高、叶面积与对照相比分别增加32.31%、-37.24%、26.20%;黄瓜植株蔓枯病发病等级均在2级以上。[结论]施用有机肥可以有效地克服连作土壤的盐渍化和土壤酸化问题,提高黄瓜植株抗蔓枯病的能力,促进植物生长。[ Objective ] The effects of Dongshengbao liquid organic fertilizer on soil improvement of continuous cropping cucumber and the growth conditions of the cucumber were studied to provide the scientific basis for solving the problem of continuous cropping of vegetable soil. [ Method ] The soil of continuous cropping was sampled. The soil EC, pH, nutrient c6ntents and cucumber height, dry weight of overground part and leaf area etc were studied with the method of potted cucumber test. [ Result] Soil EC applied by/Dongshengbao liquid organic fertilizer reached 0.93 mS/cm, and decreased by 27.91% compared with the contrast. Soil pH reached 5.89, and increased with 0.86% compared with the contrast. Dry weight of overground part, plant height and leaf area of cucumber were increased by 283.08% , 242. 12% and 254.02% compared with the contrast. The incidence rank of cucumber Didymella bryoniae was below grade 2. Soil EC applied by compound fertilizer reached 1.53 mS/cm, and increased by 18.6% compared with the contrast. Soil pH reached 5.09, and decreased by 12.84% compared with the contrast. Dry weight of overground part, plant height and leaf area of cucumber were increased by 32.31%, -37.24% and 26.20% compared with the contrast. The incidence rank of cucumber Didymella bryoniae was above grade 2. [ Conclusion] The organic fertilizer could solve the problems of soil salinization and soil acidification of continuous cropping, improve the resistance ability of Didymella bryoniae and promote the plant growth.
