摘　　要：文章从循环经济的"3R"理论对森林资源生产、开发和使用的整个产业链进行了详尽的分析,结果表明森林资源产业链上的各因素组成了一个有机整体,有必要在产业链上的每个过程都实现循环经济的良性发展,才能保证森林资源的可持续发展。The production, development and utilization of forest resource was analyzed in detail based on the theory of circular economy. The results showed that factors in forest resource industry chain form a organic whole, it is necessary to realize the benign development of circular economy in each process of the industry chain, so as to ensure sustainable development of forest resources.
