摘 要:2014年9月对发生水华现象的贴沙河水质及其浮游植物群落进行了调查,并对引起水华的原因进行了分析。结果显示,贴沙河共发现浮游植物5门39种,其中绿藻门、蓝藻门和硅藻门种类分别为17、10和9种,各占总种类数的43.59%、25.64%、23.07%;浮游植物细胞密度在9.23×10^6-384×10^6ind./L,平均为135.18×10^6ind./L,以蓝藻门的细胞密度最大,占浮游植物密度平均值的92.58%,其优势种为铜绿微囊藻。贴沙河秋季浮游植物生物量大,多样性低,根据浮游植物密度、多样性指数等生物学指标综合评价,贴沙河水质为中度污染至重污染类型。其水华发生的原因:夏末秋初光照强、水温高,河道配水量少、流动性差,底泥、枯枝落叶腐烂释放营养盐及配水携带高营养盐注入影响,人为因素对水生态环境的破坏等。The water quality and phytoplankton community were investigated during the algae bloom in September 2014 in Tiesha River, and the causes of water bloom were analyzed. The results showed that 39 speeiees and 5 divisions were identified in Tiesha River, among which 17 species (43.59% of the total) belonging to chlorophyta, 10 species (25.64% of the total) belonging to cyanobacteria, 9 species (23.07% of the total) belonging to baeillariophyta. The density of phytoplankton ranged from 9.23 ×10^6to 384×10^6ind./L, with the average of 135.18×10^6 ind./L. Among which, the density of Cyanophyta cells was largest, accounting for 92.58%, and its dominant species was Microcystis aerugino- sa. This autumn phytoplankton biomass was large and its diversity was poor in Tiesha River. In terms of some biological indicators such as phytoplankton abundance and diversity index, quality in Tiesha River belonged to the type between the pollution to heavy pollution. The main causes of algae bloom were strong light and high water temperature between late summer and early autumn, decrease of water distribution, poor flow- ability of the river water, nutrient releasing of the sediment and litter, carrying high nutrient into the river by water distribution, artificial destruction of the aquatic ecology.
