摘　　要：通过对北京市顺义区的实地调研,就财政方面研究北京市畜禽污染现状,分析了畜禽养殖污染防治中的财政问题,并提出了相应的防治措施。Through field investigation on Shunyi District in Beijing City, the livestock pollution status was studied in finance aspect, the financial problems in control of livestock breeding pollution were analyzed, corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
