摘 要:目的探讨肺表面活性蛋白(PS)作为矽肺早期生物标志物的可能性,为矽肺的早期诊断和临床治疗提供理论依据。方法 87名矽尘作业工人,按照接尘工龄分为大于10年组和小于以及等于10年组。应用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)检测矽尘作业工人血清中SP-A、SP-B、SP-C、SP-D的蛋白含量。用斯皮尔曼分析方法确定PS和接尘工龄的相关性。结果矽尘作业工人血清中SP-A、SP-B、SP-C、SP-D含量随着接尘工龄的增加而增加。其中SP-A、SP-C和SP-D含量均与接尘工龄呈正相关。结论矽尘作业工人血清中SP含量发生改变,其中SP-C的水平可作为矽肺的早期效应标志物。Objective To explore the possibility of the pulmonary surfactant protein as the early biomarkers of silicosis, so as to provide evidences for the early diagnosis and therapy of silicosis. Methods Firstly, we divided 87 silica-exposed workers into two groups: one group that the working-age of dust exposure is above 10 years and the other group that the working-age of dust exposure is below 10 years respectively. Secondly, we detected the concentrations of SP-A, SP-B, SP-C and SP-D in serum by ELISA. Meanwhile, we analyzed the correlation between PS and the working-age of dust exposure by spearman's correlation. Results The concentrations of SP-A, SP-C and SP-D in serum of silica-exposed workers increased with the increase of the working-age of dust exposure. And the contents of SP-A, SP-C and SP-D had positive correlations with the working-age of dust exposure. Conclusion The content of SP in serum of the silica-exposure workers changes, and the level of SP-C can be served as an early biomarker of silicosis.
