460名放射工作人员上岗前职业健康检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解放射工作人员就业前的身体健康状况,及早发现职业禁忌证,为用人单位合理科学的安排职工从事放射作业提供客观依据。方法收集2013年7月-2013年12月在四川大学华西第四医院进行上岗前职业健康体检的460名放射工作人员的检查结果,采用SPSS17.0作χ2检验。结果本次体检结果中,有1项或多项异常的有349人,占75.87%,男性与女性相比,中上腹B超及肝功能异常率男性高于女性(P<0.05),眼科异常率女性高于男性(P<0.05);年龄越大,中上腹B超异常率越大(P<0.05)。检出职业禁忌证35人,占7.61%,不同性别,不同年龄之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论上岗前的职业健康检查对保障职工及用人单位的合法利益具有重要意义。Objective To understand the health status of radiation workers Before employment, to early detect occupational eontraindieations and provide objeetive basis for employer to seientifieaUy and reasonably arrange the workers engaged in radiation work. Methods We coUeeted and analyzed the physical examination of 460 workers going for radiation work during July-Deeember 2013 in No.4 West China Teaching Hospital, Sichuan University, statistics of the data was performed by test in SPSS17.0. Results Single or multiple index abnormality were deteeted in 349 workers, and the detection rate was 75.87%. The abnormal rates of abdomen ultrasound and hepatie function among males were higher than those among females （P〈0.05）, while it is opposite for the abnormal rates of eye examination. The occupational eontraindieation rate is 7.61% with no statistical significance between different genders or different ages. Conclusion Oocupational health examination before employment plays an important role in ensuring the legitimate interest of workers and employers.
