银川市某社区60岁以上老年人日常生活能力及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解银川市某社区60岁以上老年人生活能力现状及其影响因素,为进一步开展社区卫生服务保健提供科学参考。方法采用整群抽样方法对银川市兴庆区新宁社区2个居委会的826位常住老年人(年龄≥60岁)进行面对面问询调查,以获取其社会人口学特征、生活能力等相关信息。结果日常生活能力(activities of daily life,ADL)正常为733人(占89.7%),日常生活功能不同程度下降为84人(占10.3%),其中,ADL功能下降患病率为3.79%,ADL功能障碍患病率为6.49%;多因素分析显示,影响社区60岁以上老年人生活质量的主要危险因素有年龄大、与子女同居、患有慢性病。结论高龄、患慢性病、目前与子女居住者是老年人日常生活能力的危险因素,社区应加强高年龄及患有慢性病的老年人群的健康管理,促进老年人身心健康、提高老年人的生活质量。Objective To understand activity of daily living and its influencing factors of people over 60-year in a community of Yinchuan, to provide scientific basis for further carrying out community health care services. Methods We sampled 826 residents （age ≥ 60 years） in 2 neighborhood communities of Xinning community with the cluster systematic sampling. Face-to-face questionnaire was used to gain their society demographic characteristics, activities of daily living and other related information. Results The elderly whose quality of life were rated as good accounted for 733 people （89.7%）, and people with different degrees of decline in activities of daily living had 84 （10.3%）. The rate of ADL function decline was 3.79% and the rate of ADL dysfunction was 6.49%. The multiple factor analysis indicated that the main influencing factors of quality of life among the elderly may be age, living conditions and suffering from chronic diseases. Conclusion Age, chronic disease and living conditions are important risk factors to the activity of daily living among the elderly. The health management should be strengthened for the elderly to promote the health and improve the quality of life.
