摘　　要：目的了解艾滋病单阳配偶对女用安全套的可接受性;探索艾滋病单阳配偶女用安全套可接受性的影响因素;提出在艾滋病单阳配偶中女用安全套应用的策略建议。方法采用观察性研究设计,选取51对艾滋病单阳配偶使用女用安全套并观察3个月,对研究对象于使用前和使用3个月后进行问卷调查,了解夫妻双方对女用安全套的使用经历和使用意愿等信息。结果研究对象以男性阳性的家庭为主,占62.7%;HIV感染者和阴性配偶的平均年龄分别为38.5岁和37.6岁,性频次以2-3次/月为主,占60.8%。试用后男性HIV阳性组愿意继续使用的比例最低,为78.9%,对年龄、家庭月收入、感染状况、认知等做单因素分析发现家庭月收入及女用安全套更能预防疾病与接受性有统计学关联,是可接受性的影响因素。结论女用安全套应加强预防艾滋病作用的宣传,降低价格或者免费提供,才有可推广性。Objective To understand the acceptability and explore the influencing factors of using female condoms among the HIV serodiscordant couples, in order to provide suggestion on using female condoms to prevent HIV/AIDS among the HIV serodiscordant couples. Methods Observational study was adopted. 51 HIV-1 serodiscordant couples with female condoms during the sexual intercourse were selected, then we prospectively observed 3 months. Questionnaire survey, which included the information about female condom using experiences and their willingness, were conducted at the baseline and 3 months follow-up, respectively. Results The study object mainly consists of positive family men, accounting for 62.7%. Average ages of people living with HIV and negative spouse were 38.5 years and 37.6 years, respectively, and sexual frequency is mainly 2-3 times per month, accounting for 60.8%. After using the female condoms, the willingness of continue using female condoms was lowest （78.9%） among families with the male HIV positive cases. The univariate analysis indicated that the family monthly income and using female condoms to prevent diseases were related to the acceptability of the female condoms. Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the education for female condom in HIV/AIDS prevention. Reducing the price, and even providing the free female condoms contribute to popularize the using of female condoms.
