摘　　要：目的为不断显现的国际邮(客)轮消化道传染病暴发提供检疫管理模式探讨。方法根据消化道传染病的特点和发展趋势,结合以往处置经验,对邮(客)轮消化道传染病暴发提出检疫管理模式。结果根据疫情状况,将群体性暴发事件进行分级,并按照分级进行现场检疫处置,最后提出是否航行建议。结论在邮(客)轮消化道传染病不断增多的情况下,建立有效的现场检疫管理模式。Objective This article discusses quarantine managing modes for controlling the emerging acute gastroenteritis on international cruise. Methods The quarantine managing modes for controlling the outbreak of acute gastroenteritis are put forward according to the trend and characteristics of gastroenteritis, combining our past experience of disposal. Results The outbreak is divided into four levels and disposed according to its level. Then the suggestions on whether to sail or not are put forward. Conclusion With the increasing acute gastroenteritis, we should build effective onsite quarantine managing modes to control the situation.
