摘　　要：NovaSure子宫内膜去除术作为治疗异常子宫出血(AUB)的第二代新型方法,较其余方法具有治疗时间最短,操作简单且不需预处理,闭经率高、复治率低等优点。NovaSure独有的设计能精确控制整个宫腔子宫内膜的切除深度及面积,提高手术安全性及有效性,且NovaSure子宫内膜去除术的各类术后并发症发生率极低。目前,NovaSure在国内的应用日趋广泛。笔者拟就NovaSure子宫内膜去除术治疗AUB的临床应用及进展进行综述。NovaSure endometrial ablation is the second generation method and a new treatment for abnormal uterine bleeding（AUB）. Compare to other strategies, it has many advantages, such as shortest time of operation, simple operation, without preoperative pretreatment, high amenorrhea rates and low rates of reintervention after NovaSure endometrial ablation. In addition, its unique design can precisely control the depth of ablation and the area of the entire uterine endometrium, and improve the safety and efficacy of operation. It＇s postoperative complication rates are very low. Currently, the application of NovaSure endometrial ablation has become increasingly widespread in the domestic. This article focuses on clinical applications and progress in treatment of AUB by NovaSure endometrial ablation.
