摘  要:文章对某井起钻遇卡原因进行了详细调查分析。对起出的钻具检查结果表明,钻柱在上提过程中在套管内遇卡的原因是钻头上部45°斜面被不连续的套管挂住。通过采用多井径成像测井,证明套管管体发生了断裂,挂住钻头上部45°斜面的正是套管上断口。通过对地层结构、井眼尺寸、疲劳载荷、磨损和材料性能等方面对套管断裂的影响进行了分析,排除了套管过载断裂的可能性。通过对套管断裂形貌进行分析,认为该井经过磨铣之后在起下钻过程中仍然有阻卡的可能,在后续钻井过程中应采取一定的预防措施。This paper gives a thorough investigation on pipe sticking cause during lifting drilling stem in a well. It is shown that pipe sticking occurred because the bit 45°bevel was hitched by discontinuous casing per check all the drilling stem elements. It is proved by MIT imaging analysis that casing pipe body fractured and bit 45°bevel was hanged by the upper casing fracture. Based on analysis on stratum structure, well hole dimension, fatigue load borne by the casing string, and the casing material property, the possibility of casing rupture due to overload is eliminated. It is considered that there are pipe sticking possibilities per analyzing casing fracture position and morphology, so some prevention measures from pipe sticking should be taken during drilling.
