摘  要:快速光电探测系统或光电探测器,在频闪光源和动态显示目标的光度测量中应用十分广泛。给出了一套准确测量光电探测系统或光电探测器响应时间测量装置,该装置适于测量的光电探测系统的响应时间极限为10-7s,为了验证激光方波信号的质量,还采用光电倍增管(PMT)作为快速探测器制备了快速光电探测系统,因此本装置还具有测量频闪光源和动态显示目标瞬态光度的能力。High-speed optical detection system or photoelectric detectors have been widely applied in the photo-metric measurement of strobe light and targets of dynamic display .This paper presents a set of measurement device that can complete accurate measurement of response time of the photoelectric detection system or photoelectric detector, and this device is capable of measuring the fastest response time of 10^-7 s. In order to verify the quality of the laser square wave , a photo-multiplier tube (PMT) is prepared as the detector of a fast optical detection system .So this device also has the ability to measure the instantaneous luminosity values of strobe light and dynamic -displaying targets.
