摘　　要：为了提高多台液洗机控制系统的可视化管理程度,开发Win CC监控系统对多台液洗机设备的运行状态进行集中显示分散控制。将互联网技术运用到控制系统中,通过搭建虚拟专用网络通道,可进行网关到网关的点对点远程数据传输,实现工程师站对控制系统程序远程调试、维护的功能。In order to improve the degree of the visual management of liquid-washing-machine control system,the monitoring system of WinCC is developed to display the operation state of a plurality of liquid-washing-machine devices centralized and control the devices dispersedly. The internet technology to control system is applied to realize the point to point data transmission between gateway and gateway and the function of remote debugging and maintenance by establishing the channel of virtual private network.
