摘 要:针对牵引张力的非线性时变特征建立张力模型,采用Fuzzy-PI控制策略实现薄膜牵引过程的恒张力控制,利用Matlab对控制策略进行仿真验证,设计了张力闭环系统。仿真与实际运行结果证明:本系统具有良好的动态性能与稳态精度。In drying process, the requirement of thin film is higher for the ductility of thin-film and surface tension. The accuracy and robustness of the film is the key parameter in the process of traction. The change of speed in the process of membrane traction,temperature and air flow in the oven will cause its strong disturbance,variable parameters and uncertain model in the tension system. In this paper,based on the nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of traction tension strain model is set up. And the film drawing process is fulfilled by using fuzzy-PI control strategy of constant tension control. Simulation of control strategy is performed by MATLAB, and tension closed loop system is designed. The simulation and practical running results show that:this system has good dynamic performance and steady-state precision.
