摘　　要：商用汽车的可靠性评估问题是汽车制造业中的关键问题,而汽车寿命概率分布的参数估计问题是可靠性分析的重要环节。基于汽车寿命服从威布尔分布模型的假设,分析了针对二参数威布尔分布的极大似然参数估计法和神经网络估计法,并将该方法应用于汽车寿命数据分析中。通过实例证实该方法的适用性,为商用汽车新机型的参数估计问题提供直接而有效的方法。The reliability evaluation of commercial automobiles is critical to automobile manufacturing. The parameter estimation of the probability distributions of the automobile life is crucial for the reliability evaluation. Based on the assumption of the Weibull distribution,this paper analyzes two estimation algorithms,the maximum likelihood estimation and the artificial neural network,on the probabilistic distribution parameters of the automobile life data following a Weibull distribution. Using the automotive life data analysis,an example is employed to verify and analyze the accuracy and applicability of the proposed algorithms.
