摘 要:新形势下,以自由贸易区建设为突破口的开放型经济的快速发展为我国物流业转型升级与创新发展提供了强大的动力,但我国自由贸易区发展中仍然存在许多制约物流业发展的问题。为更好地实现我国经济发展"新常态"下中高速增长和迈向中高端水平的"双中高"目标,自由贸易区建设必须充分重视物流业发展,解决制约行业发展的重点问题,充分发挥物流的集聚和辐射效应,促进区域经济一体化发展。福建自由贸易区作为第二批获批的自由贸易区,在物流业发展上具有较好的基础。下一阶段,物流业为全面适应经济发展"新常态",加速转型升级,助推产业升级和贸易繁荣,一要发挥自身优势,加强内引外联;二要完善服务功能,整合创新发展;三要做优产业基础,联动融合发展。In the new situation,though the rapid development of open economy,which taking the build of free trade zone as the breakthrough point,provides the transformation and upgrade of China’s logistics industry with powerful driving forces,there are still some problems with the development of logistics industry in the development of free trade zone. To better realize the moderate growth rate and moderate level of growth in the“new normal”of economic development,in building the free trade zone,we should pay more attention to the development of logistics industry,solve the problems constraining the industrial development,give full play to the role of logistics in centralizing and radiating,and promote the integrated development of regional economy. In the next stage,to fully adapt to the new normal of economic development,accelerate the transformation and upgrade,and drive the industrial upgrade and trade glorious,the logistics industry should,first,give play to its own advantages and strengthen the introduction from and contact with outside world;second,this industry should perfect its service function and develop with integration and innovation;and third,this industry should lay the solid industrial foundation and development with the help of association and coordination.
