摘 要:江苏油田进入高含水开发阶段后,油田地面集输系统的运行效率普遍下降,系统能耗升高,因此建立集输系统能耗分析模型并对其能耗分布和能损分布进行研究是很必要的。针对江苏油田瓦6接转站集输系统利用热力学第一定律和第二定律分别对其能耗现状进行分析,发现加热炉总热负荷主要分布在650~900kW之间,且随着季节有一定的变化规律,夏季相对较低,冬季相对较高,加热炉月日平均效率夏季一般较高,为75%-78%,冬季较低些,为55%~60%;加热炉炯效率偏低,经分析主要是由于供给燃料量过高、加热炉出口水温过高等原因造成的。并且对影响能耗的因素进行分析,发现减小燃油量或在较高负荷下运行可以提高加热炉效率。After entering the high-water-cut exploitation stage, the operating efficiency of oil & gas gathering and transportation system on the Jiangsu oilfield surface generally decreases and the energy consumption increases. Therefore it is necessary to establish an energy analysis model on the gathering system and study the energy distribu- tion and distribution of energy loss of the system. In this paper, the gathering system of Wa 6 Block Station in Jiang- su oilfield is chosen as research subject, the first and second law of thermodynamics are used for energy analysis. It is found that the total heat load of the heating furnace is mainly distributed within 650 - 900 kW, following a cer- tain degree of variation of the season : the heat load is relatively low in summer and relatively high in winter; the av- erage efficiency of the furnace is generally higher in summer, 75% - 78%, and somewhat lower in winter, 55% 60% ; the exergy efficiency of the heating furnace is low, and the main reasons are found to be excessive amount of supplied fuel and too high water temperature at furnace outlet. The factors affecting energy consumption are also an- alyzed and it is found that reducing fuel flow or operating under high load can improve the efficiency of furnace.
