各种能源采暖方式运行费用的估算方法与比较

摘　　要：随着各种新的采暖方式的出现,需要对其运行费用进行综合分析与比较。通过分析采暖运行费用的组成,给出采暖运行费用的估算方法。结合燃料的实时价格、热值及热能利用效率等计算得出燃料的单位有效能源的耗资,同时给出了单位建筑整个采暖季的所需能耗。最后结合沈阳某酒店工程对采用各种热源采暖时的运行费用进行了分析比较,结果表明该方法对工程确定采暖方案具有一定的参考价值。With the development of new heating systems, it is necessary to analyze and compare their actual operat- ing costs. This paper gives an estimation method for heating operating costs by analyzing its composition and calcu- lates the consumed cost of the effective energy per unit by combining the real-time price, the calorific value of fuel and heat energy utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, this paper also gives the energy consumption of the building per area throughout the heating season. Finally, this paper analyzes and compares the operating cost for 5 types of heat- ing models for a hotel in Shenyang, which has a certain reference value for the project to determine the heating sys- tem.
