乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原与乙肝两对半联合检测的意义

摘　　要：目的：对采集的乙肝表面抗原血清进行乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原与乙肝两对半联合检查，观察其临床诊断的效果。方法：采集我院1200例乙肝表面抗原血清来进行研究，根据乙肝表面抗原将乙肝表面抗原呈阳性分为一组，乙肝表面抗原呈阴性分为一组，采用酶联免疫法对血清进行前S1抗原及乙型肝炎两对半（乙肝五项）联合检测，并根据结果进行分析联合检测的临床效果。结果乙肝表面抗原阳性中乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原检出率较之乙肝表面抗原阴性组更高（P〈O．05），在乙肝表面抗原阴性组中乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原也有较高的检出率。结论：乙型肝炎病毒前S1抗原联合乙肝两对半检测，其准确度更高，在对乙肝病毒的复制情况有较高的敏感度，在乙肝表面抗原呈阴性的情况下亦能检测出病毒的复制情况，在乙型病毒性肝炎的检测和诊断中具有实用价值，值得广泛地推广使用。For acquisition of hepatitis b surface antigen serum hepatitis b virus S1 antigen with second liver two half-and-half check before, observe the effect of the clinical diagnosis. According to hepatitis b surface antigen positive for hepatitis h surface antigen can be divided into a group, a negative antigen of second liver surface is divided into aset of, before of the serum by enzyme-linked immunoassay S1 antigen and hepatitis b （five） of second liver two half-and-half joint deteetian, and according to the results of the clinical effect of joint detection is analyzed. Before it is concluded that the hepatitis h virus S1 antigen of second liver two heft-and-half detect, its accuracy is higher, the replieatian of hepatitis b virus has a high sensitivity, in the ease of hepatitis b surface antigen negative also can detect the virus replication, in detaction and diagnosis of hepatitis b viral hepatitis has praetieal value, is worth popularizing widely used.
