护理干预对高血压患者病人的影响效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对高血压病人效果方法：从课题组产生85例高血压患者（85例患者来源于职工2010-2011年体检）实施护理干预前对85例高血压患者血压控制水平及高血压相关知识掌握程度先进行评估，建立健康档案，进行跟踪干预一年。评价患者干预前后血压控制水平，及相关知识掌握程度。结果：干预后血压控制水平明显低于干预前（p〈O．05）患者对高血压相关知识掌握程度高于干预前（p〈O．05）。结论：护理干预可明显提高高血压患者的治疗效果且增加患者对疾病认识程度。Objective： To study on the effects nursing intervention on hypertensive patients Methods： Eighty-five hypertensive wrer chosen patients among the workers who had 2010-2011 medical examination. Evaluating the controlling level of blood pressure and the related knowledge of hypertension among this eighty-five hypertensive patients. Morevover, establishing health records and tracking intervention for one year before doing nursing intervention. The level of blood pressure control and the mastery of the relevant knowledge were evaluated before and after the intervention. Results： The level of blood pressure control was significantly lower after the intervention（p〈0.05）. Patients ＇ mastery of the relevant knowledge was higher after the intervention（p〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention is able to apparently improve the therapeutic effect of hypertensive patients and increases their knowledge of the disease.
