少数民族地区高职医学院校女生性健康调查研究

摘　　要：目的：了解少数民族地区高职医学院校女生生殖健康状况，针对性开展性健康教育，促使其性生理和性心理协调发展，完成高职教育的育人目的。方法：采用自编生殖健康问卷调查，了解女学生生殖健康现状和处理健康问题的能力。结果：本次健康教育的满意度为99％，学生获取性健康信息的主要途径是学校，78．2％女生对生殖健康知识不了解，对过早性行为导致的不良后果认识不足。结论：女学生渴求生殖健康知识，尤其是妊娠及性病防治的相关知识，利用医学院校专业优势，加强性健康教育非常必要。Objective： Understanding the female students＇ reproductive health status of Medical Vocational College in the Minority Area, and launching the corresponding sexual henlth education to promote the coordinated development of physiological and psychological, and finally arriving at the cultivating purposes of higher vocational education.Method： By using a self-designed questionnaire about reproductive health to understand female students＇ reproductive health status and their ability of dealing with health problems. Result： The satisfaction of health education is 99%, and the school is the main way to gain the information, 78.2% of female students do not understand the reproductive health knowledge and lack of understanding of the repercussions of early sexual behavior. Conclusion： Female students are hungry for knowledge of reproductive health, especially the knowledge related to pregnancy and sexual disease prevention, so it＇ s necessary to use the professional advantages of medical colleges to strengthen sexual health education.
