摘　　要：本文介绍了机电安装工程在现代化矿井建设中的重要性及矿井机电设备安装工程与其它工程的关系。研究了机电安装项目的目标及施工组织安排部署,探索出了一种比较科学经济的施工作业形式,并结合实际施工案例对现代化煤矿机电设备安装项目的施工质量管理、施工安全管理、施工进度控制、成本控制、现场文明施工管理的内容及各自在安装项目中的作用作了全面具体阐述。This article describes the importance about mechanical and electrical installation engineering in the modem mine construction and the relationships between mine electromeehanical equipment installation engineering and other projects. The objectives of mechanical and electrical installation project and construction organization arrangements have researched, and explored a construction operations which more economical and scientific, combined with the actual construction cases for the modernization of coal mine installation of elec tromechanical equipment project g content about construction quality management, construction safety manage ment, construction progress control, cost control, civilization construction site management and give a compre hensive and specifically address in each installation projects.
