摘　　要：地铁作为一些大城市的主要公共运输交通工具,其中的安全事件却时有发生。为了避免因为企业管理失当而造成的安全事件的发生,提高整个企业的素质和保证行业的健康发展,在分析了一些成熟度模型的基础上,建立了关于地铁运营公司的安全文化成熟度模型,并将安全文化成熟度分为6个阶段,采用3个一级指标,12个二级指标来进行评判,每个二级指标在不同的成熟度阶段都有自己的内涵。最后介绍层次分析法来确认各个指标的权重,并通过实例分析表明层次分析法的实用性,为科学地评价地铁运营公司的安全文化成熟度现状提供理论基础。Subway is regarded as the main public transport in some large cities, in which several safety inci dents happened occasionally. In order to avoid the safety incidents which are caused by the enterprise manage ment misconduct, to improve the quality of the whole enterprise and to ensure the healthy development of the industry, on the basis of analysis of some maturity models, a safety culture maturity of subway operation com panies is built in this paper. This model is divided into 6 levels, and evaluated by 3 first class assessment in dicators and 12 second class assessment indicators. Each second class indicator is given the connotation for the different level of maturity model. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process is introduced to determine the weight of each indicator and an applied example shows that the method is practical, which provides a theoretical basis to scientifically evaluate the present safety culture maturity of subway operation companies.
