摘 要:基于大输液生产过程中注射用水制备的重要性,分析热压式蒸馏水机的工作原理以及制水工艺流程,将热压式蒸馏水机与多效蒸馏水机的能源消耗进行对比,得出热压式蒸馏水机在大输液生产中具备低能耗、单台产量高、对蒸汽要求低、不消耗冷却水等节能优势,有逐渐取代多效蒸馏水机的趋势。Based on the importance of preparing water for injection in the production process of infusion solutions, the working principle of thermoeompression water distiller and the process flow to prepare injection water were analyzed. By eomparing the erenergy consumption of thermoeompression water distill and multiple effect water distiller, the results show that thermoeompression water distiller has the energy-saving advantages of low energy consumption, high yield per unit, low requirements of steam, no eonsumption of eooling water in the production process of infusion solutions. That' s shows a tendency that thermocompression water distiller gradually replace multiple effect water distiller.
