全方位指导年青护士为乳腺癌患者提供舒适护理的临床带教研究

摘　　要：目的：探究全方位指导年青护士为乳腺癌患者提供舒适护理的临床带教效果。方法以本院2013年3月～2014年10月的46名青年护士为研究对象，将其随机均分为对照组与观察组，每组各23名护士，对照组进行常规带教，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行全方位的舒适护理带教，对两组青年护士进行考核，并调查两组青年护士对带教方法的满意度，患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组对带教方式的满意度为95.7%，对照组对带教方式的满意度为91.3%；观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组患者满意度（P=0.040＜0.05）；观察组患者的舒适度显著高于对照组患者的舒适度（P=0.001＜0.01）。结论全方位的指导年青护士为乳腺癌患者提供舒适护理，临床带教效果显著，患者满意度提高。Objective To explore the comprehensive guidance of young nurses for patients with breast cancer to provide comfortable nursing clinical teaching effect. Methods Our hospital of 46 young nurses as the research object, then were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 23 nurse each group, two groups of young nurses appraised. Results Observation group with respect to the manner of teaching satisfaction was 95.7%, the control group with respect to the manner of teaching satisfaction is 91.3%; Observation group of patients satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group （P=0.040〈0.05）, and the comfortable feeling was better in observation group （P=0.001〈0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive guide young nurses to provide comfortable nursing for patients with breast cancer, clinical teaching effect is remarkable, improve patient satisfaction.
