摘  要:目的:探讨国内临床护理带教模式在肿瘤护生培养中的应用效果。方法选取2013年9月~2014年9月于我院肿瘤科实习的98名护生作为本次研究的对象,将护生随机分成对照组和观察组,两组各有49名护生,对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组采用一对一临床护理带教模式。结果对比观察组与对照组护生的理论考核与技能考核成绩以及对教学方法的满意度,均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在推进肿瘤护生培养中应用一对一临床护理带教模式,能够有效提高护生对带教老师的满意度,提高护生的临床理论知识掌握水平以及实践能力,有效提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing teaching mode in the cultivation of nursing students of tumor application effect. Methods Choose 98 escort oncology practice in our life as the research object, the control group using traditional teaching mode, the observation group adopting the clinical nursing teaching mode. Results Nursing students contrast observation group and control group theory and skills of examination results and the teaching method of satisfaction, have signiifcant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing students in promoting tumor develop the application of the one-to-one effectively improve the nursing quality of clinical nursing teaching mode, is worth promoting in clinical teaching.
