摘 要:目的:通过探讨新生儿听力普遍筛查的模式,旨在为尽早发现听力障碍新生儿。方法选择2013年1月~2014年1月在我院出生的新生儿5139例,应用手持式耳声发射仪进行初次筛查,初查未通过在1个月后进行快速脑干诱发电位仪检测,复筛未通过新生儿转省级医院进一步做听力学诊断和医学评估。结果初查未通过653例,复筛未通过32例,14例确诊为听力障碍,听力损失检出率为0.272%。结论应用两阶段普遍筛查方式有利于提高诊断准确性,促进听力筛查工作开展。Objective Through the discussion of universal newborn hearing screening model, aims to early detection of hearing impairment in neonates. Methods The choice of 2013.1-2014.1 in our hospital 5139 cases of newborns, application of a hand-held otoacoustic emissions for an initial screening, preliminary not through rapid brainstem evoked potential instrument detection after 1 months, rescreening not by turning the provincial hospital do further audiological diagnosis and medical evaluation. Results Denotation not through the 653 cases, screening did not pass the 32 cases, 14 cases diagnosed with hearing impairment and hearing loss detection rate of 0.272%. Conclusion Application of two stage universal screening method is helpful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, the promotion of hearing screening work.
