摘　　要：目的探究冠状动脉搭桥术治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取冠心病患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例,对照组采用体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术治疗,治疗组采用非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术治疗。结果治疗组患者呼吸机辅助时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术治疗冠心病,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of coronary artery bypass grafting in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods We selected 68 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 34 cases in each group, The control group using cardiopulmonary bypass coronary artery bypass grafting treatment, treatment group with the use of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in the treatment. Results The patients in the treatment group were the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting for the treatment of coronary heart disease patients, clinical therapeutic effect.
