经皮椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折患者的护理要点探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨经皮椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折患者护理的要点。方法本次研究对象为我院2012年～2013年期间收治的胸腰椎骨折患者，采用经皮椎弓根钉内固定法进行手术治疗，分别在术前和术后对患者采取综合的护理方式，观察患者的临床疗效。结果在术后一周后，无其他合并伤的患者可在胸腰保护器具的支撑下下床练习行走，所有患者均痊愈出院。结论在经皮椎弓根钉内固定术的围手术期，采取综合护理方式对患者进行合理护理治疗，临床上取得了较为满意的疗效。Objective To study the percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures patient care. Methods The study object of our hospital during 2012 to 2013 patients of thoracolumbar fractures, the percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation method for surgical treatment, respectively in patients with preoperative and postoperative to adopt comprehensive nursing way, observe the clinical curative effect. Results After a week after surgery, patients with no other combined injury in chest waist protection equipment support practice walking down the bed, all patients were recovered. Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation in perioperative, adopt the mode of comprehensive nursing care of patients with reasonable care and treatment, clinical has obtained a more satisfactory curative effect.
