微信公众平台在新生儿护理知识宣传中的作用

摘　　要：目的通过微信公众平台,为家长们提供专业的新生儿护理知识,以促进新生儿的健康成长。方法将漯河医学高等专科学校第一附属医院进行孕检的孕早期妇女是否订阅新生儿护理知识宣传平台分为订阅组与未订阅组,利用平台对订阅组传播新生儿护理知识,对两组新生儿进行观察和评估。结果订阅组新生儿护理知识掌握情况明显优于未订阅组(P<0.05),但在给新生儿喂初乳、未给新生儿挑马牙等情况中没有差异。结论微信新生儿护理知识宣传平台对新生儿护理知识进行传播,可达到促进新生儿的健康发育,预防疾病的目的。Objective To supply professional newborn care knowledge to parents by WeChat Public Platform, to promote the healthy growth of newborns. Methods To choose early pregnant women who need pregnancy test in the first affiliated hospital of Luohe medical college, they were divided into subscription group and non-subscription group according to whether subscribe the newborn care knowledge based on WeChat public platform. The platform was used to disseminate newborn care knowledge for subscription group, observed and assessed the newborns of the two groups. Results The subscription group is obviously better than non-subscription group in mastering situation on neonatal care knowledge （P〈0.05） except for feeding colostrum for newborns and no picking eruption pearls. Conclusion To spread on newborn care knowledge based on WeChat public Platform can achieve the promotion the healthy growth of newborns and prevention of disease.
