摘　　要：围手术期规范化管理的目的是保证患者安全,实施规范化也是亟待解决的问题,对现代外思想影响最为深远的当属损伤控制外科理论,对创伤与严重感染,需术前、术后抗凝治疗,预防性应用抗生素,扩容、输血制品,需在病理生理机制,治疗目的及临床评诂等加以区别。推广规范核查制度,以实现世界卫生组织提出"安全手术挽救生命"的宗旨。The perioperation period of standardized management aims to ensure patient safety, the implementation of standardized and problems to be solved, thought to modern foreign inlfuence is most surgical control theory is profound and serious injury, infection of trauma, anticoagulant therapy is needed before the operation, postoperative, prophylactic antibiotics, expansion, blood transfusion, in pathological and physiological mechanism, the purpose of treatment and clinical evaluation to distinguish. To promote the standard veriifcation system, to achieve the WHO proposed＂security operation to save lives＂purpose.
