摘　　要：目的探索微波在PTAH法染心肌细胞中的应用。方法一定强度的微波辐射结合染液对材料进行染色处理,并做石蜡切片观察。结果在硝酸酒精固定液中浸泡一定时间后用一定强度的微波辐射一定时间,获得良好的效果;在苏木精染液中浸染2 d后,用微波辐射一定时间(45℃以内)心肌结构十分清楚。结论利用微波结合硝酸酒精固定液固定心肌细胞效果良好,节省时间;利用微波结合苏木精染液染心肌细胞效果良好,节省时间。Objective To explore the application of microwave to stain the myocardial cells in the method of PTAH. Methods Using a certain intensity microwave combining with the stainning radiation stain the tissue, then observe the results. Results The tissues which ware soaked in nitrate alcohol fixative a certain period of time then using a certain intensity of microwave radiation a certain period of time, got good results .The tissues which ware in soaked in HE Ranye disseminated of the 2 days then using microwave radiation a certain period of time （45℃less）, got good results and the structure of myocardial cells is very Clear. Conclusion Using a certain intensive microwave combination of nitric acid alcohol fixative ifxing myocardial cells, got good effects and save time;using a intensive microwave combination HE Ranye staining the myocardial cells , got good effects and save time.
