放疗联合唑来磷酸治疗骨骼转移疼痛患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析研究骨骼转移疼痛患者在放疗期间联合使用唑来磷酸的临床效果。方法选取我院在2013年5月～2014年6月期间收治的100例骨骼转移疼痛患者进行对照研究，将100例患者分为观察组与对照组，每组50例，其中观察组患者采用放疗联合唑来磷酸并结合自主研发的护理方式进行治疗，对照组患者单纯采用放疗进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组50例患者在使用放疗联合唑来磷酸进行治疗后症状好转者47例，症状减轻者3例，症状无变化者0例，症状总好转率为94%；对照组患者单纯使用放疗进行治疗，其中30例患者症状好转，11例患者症状减轻，9例患者症状无变化，症状总好转率为60%；观察组患者的症状好转率明显高于对照组患者， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论骨骼转移疼痛患者在临床治疗中采用放疗联合唑来磷酸进行治疗，能够有效地提高症状好转率。Objective To analyze the combination of azole during radiotherapy in patients with bone metastasis pain to the clinical effect of phosphate. Methods Select our hospital 100 cases of patients with bone metastasis pain control study, 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The observation group of 50 cases symptoms is 95%;the control group total, the symptom is 60%; Patients with symptoms of patients, the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically signiifcant. Conclusion The bone metastasis pain patients in the clinical treatment of radiotherapy combined azole to phosphate treatment, can effectively improve symptoms, the, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
