地尔硫卓合并曲美他嗪治疗心绞痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析地尔硫卓合并曲美他嗪治疗心绞痛效果。方法将76例患者分为治疗组(地尔硫卓及曲美他嗪)和对照组(常规治疗)各38例。结果治疗组心绞痛治疗总有效率及心电图改善总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗无不良反应。结论地尔硫卓联合曲美他嗪治疗心绞痛疗效显著。Objective Analysis of diltiazem combined trimetazidine treatment of angina effect. Methods 76 patients were divided into treatment group （diltiazem and trimetazidine） and control group （conventional therapy） with 38 cases in each. Results In the treatment group, the total efifciency in treatment of angina pectoris and improving ECG total effective rate were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and no adverse reaction in the treatment. Conclusion Diltiazem in combination with trimetazidine treatment of angina pectoris signiifcantly.
