摘 要:目的:分析健康教育介入方法在小儿哮喘护理过程中的临床效果。方法随机从2010年1月~2014年1月来我院治疗小儿哮喘的患儿中选出110例,将其分为两个小组。其中一个小组采用常规护理模式,作为对比组;另外一个小组则在常规护理模式基础上运用健康教育手段,作为观察组。分别对两组患儿的复发情况进行记录,并对相关健康知识进行测试。结果经过随访后发现,观察组患儿在出院后出现的复发几率较对比组低,同时观察组患儿家长对健康知识的知晓率较对比组高。结论在对小儿哮喘患儿进行临床护理过程中运用健康教育的方法可以有效降低复发率,同时也可以增加患儿家长对相关知识的理解,共同保证患儿的健康。Objective To analyze clinical effect of health education intervention methods in pediatric asthma care. Methods 110 patients were randomly selected from 2010 Jan. to 2014 Jan. in our hospital treatment of children with asthma, who may be divided into two groups. contrast group received routine nursing model; observation group used health education based on the routine nursing mode. recurrence of the two groups and health knowledge respectively were recorded. Results After follow-up, observe group the recurrence probability of groups was lower than contrast group. Conclusion In the process of children with asthma, health education can reduce recurrence rate effectively, increase parents' understanding, and guarantee children health.
